The State Bank of Viet Nam (SBV) is drafting a law on supporting credit institutions to restructure and resolve bad debt in an effort to quicken the process.
The Viet Nam Public Bank plans to sell bad debts worth US$71.43 million to the Viet Nam Asset Management Company,
while handling $28.57 million itself.
